What power system will the Pantera Command Centre operate on?
The Pantera Command Centre will operate on 9V to 16V. Vehicles with 24V will need a transformer to convert the power to 12VC.
Reversing Camera
How reliable is the Camera and can I use it at night?
Yes, unlike many of the wireless systems on today’s market, the Pantera Command Centre has an excellent quality camera. In particular, the camera has an auto adjusting iris and uses the car’s reversing lights to illuminate a clear black and white image (Colour image during the day). The camera is also hardwired into the screen to eliminate radio frequency interference.
When using the camera, can I gauge distance?
The camera is mounted on an angle, which clearly shows your proximity to an object.
Is the Camera Discreet?
Yes, the camera and the Pantera Command Centre unit are discreetly fitted and are designed to look as if they are a factory fitted item.
Are there any blind spots when using this camera?
The angle that the camera is mounted on gives a wide 170O panoramic image that ensures virtually a complete view.
Is theft a problem with the Pantera Command Centre?
No, as the Pantera Command Centre is permanently installed and is not a portable device it will not be a target for thieves. Also the Pantera Commend Centre doesn’t use the cigarette lighter socket and does not have visible wirers.

How do I get the latest map?
Maps are downloaded to the SD card via www.pantera.co.nz
When will I get my new maps?
New maps are released annually to ensure that you drive with the most up-to-date version. The Pantera Command Centre comes with three complimentary map upgrades. After 3 years, map updates can be purchased for a minimal license fee and downloaded online.
Can I save a Route?
A route can be saved manually or auto saved and replayed on the Pantera Command Centre. The Pantera Command Centre can also export a route to a small text file for downloading to a PC via the SD card.
Bluetooth
Will the Bluetooth work with any mobile phone?
Yes, the Pantera Command Centre pairs with any phone that is Bluetooth compatible.
How do I integrate the Pantera Command Centre with the vehicle audio system?
The Pantera Command Centre has an FM transmitter which can be tuned to match a radio frequency between 88-92 MHZ.
Will my phone auto reconnect to Bluetooth?
Yes, every time you turn on the vehicle’s ignition, the paired phone will reconnect if in close proximity to the vehicle.
